RETURNS
To make a return, download the form below, fill it out, and then attach it to the returned shipment.
Remember that you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your purchase to return your package.
- A customer who has concluded a contract at a distance may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring costs.
The situation does not apply to the cost of delivery of the order specified at the time of placing the order. - To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration to the Seller’s address.
- The period for withdrawal from the contract starts from the day following the day on which the Products were delivered to the Customer.
- The Customer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he/she withdrew from the contract, or give it to a person authorized by the Seller to receive it.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the Product back before its expiration to the address indicated in item 1. - The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Customer’s statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Customer all payments made by the Customer, except for delivery costs.
The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to a different method of refund. - Notwithstanding other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the E-shop may withdraw from the contract in the case of:
- Provision of incorrect or false data by the Customer when placing an order.
- Lack of contact with the Customer at the telephone number or e-mail address provided in the order.
- Incorrectly placed order.
- Recognition by the E-shop that the Customer’s actions are inconsistent with generally applicable law or lead to its abuse.
In particular, this includes: hacking, use of someone else’s identification data in the E-shop, impersonation of another person. - Placing an order for a purpose other than the purchase of goods offered by the E-shop.
ADVERTISEMENTS
- The seller is obliged to provide the customer with a defect-free product, consistent with the description on the E-shop website.
- A complaint may be submitted by the Customer in writing to the Seller’s Address or in person at the Seller’s Address.
Along with filing a complaint, the Customer should send or deliver the advertised Goods, if possible attaching the proof of purchase. - It is recommended that the customer specify in the description of the complaint:
- Information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of non-compliance.
- Demand a way to bring the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement.
- Contact details of the complainant.
This will facilitate and expedite the processing of the complaint by the Seller.
The requirements specified in the preceding sentence are in the form of a recommendation only and do not affect the effectiveness of the complaint submitted
- All complaints will be processed immediately upon receipt by the Seller of the advertised Product.
- If the complaint is accepted by the Seller, the Seller will replace the Product with a new one and send it to the Customer at his own expense.
If the replacement is not possible for objective reasons, the Seller will refund the Customer the full amount due for the purchased Product.
