At KawePale, we believe that every bean that comes into our roastery carries a story worth knowing. That’s why our goal isn’t just to process each grade of coffee to perfection and deliver it to our customers. Our knowledge, experience, as well as curiosity and courage allow us to reach further…. for this reason, we create corporate flavors, blend aromas and this is how the compositions of our artisan roaster are created.

KawePale – our blends are born out of love

The plantations from which we source the raw materials for the indigenous production of specialty coffees provide the opportunity to create flavors that would not naturally be possible. Using what we already know, inspired by the diversity of aromas, and drawing on the richness of the different flavor notes of coffees from plantations around the world, we create unique compositions. KawePale our blends are a proposition where you can meet all the best in each bean. Although the process of creating them is difficult, labor-intensive and expensive, it is worth every effort! After all, the resulting flavors can surprise, fascinate and encourage further exploration….

Ultimately, however, there is only one way to test and learn about any KawePale blend you come up with! It has to be made and tasted.
