We're two friends who have been working together on various projects related to running cafés and coffee roasters.
The idea to create our own artisanal roaster, KawePale, appeared quite naturally, as a result of our work together and our experience in the world of coffee. We find the passion and motivation in coffee itself, by learning about its incredible richness and sharing it with our customers. Our goal is to discover the richness of flavors and aromas for everyone, even those who are just taking their first steps among the numerous coffee types and brands. We want to be your guides on your journey through this unique land. We also want to establish ourselves in the market permanently as a supplier of good product and speciality coffee “know how.”

This is where the magic begins....
The heart of KawePale roastery is our professional Giesen W15A. It is on the stoves of this manufacturer that the world championship of coffee roasting is held. That’s why KawePale Coffee Roasters uses it too! We appreciate the professionalism of the brand and the opportunities it gives us in our work. With its help we prepare unique coffee blends that we offer to each customer. However, that’s not all! We care for the environment as much as we care for the quality of our product. That’s why have adequate ventilation and electrostatic filters. With this solution, only clean air, without any pollutants, enters the atmosphere.
How is our coffee made?
The production process is a combination of our experience, working on a classic oven and modern technology. When we roast coffee, we use the knowledge we have gained over many years, as well as an advanced tool like the Cropster program. The program allows us to fully control the smoking process and coffee profile in real time. At each stage of the coffee roasting process, we can check both the temperature of the beans and the air around them. We can adjust the speed of airflow and drum rotation, the amount of pressure inside the oven and the rate of temperature rise ( Rate-of-Rise – RoR). By observing all these key parameters for coffee quality, we are able to accurately predict how the whole process of roasting the beans will look like.
Once the beans are roasted we subject them to quality control. We have to check that they have the right color, moisture and taste.
Only those batches that pass our verification are packaged and put on sale. KawePale roaster shares only the best beans with its customers!
We then pack the roasted coffee by hand into special packaging that allows the beans to “breathe” while leveling out the amount of air coming in from the outside. This allows our beans to age more slowly and stay fresh for a long time. The packages prepared in this way are delivered to our retail and wholesale customers, so that in the end every KawePale customer can enjoy the best taste!

I started working as a barista in 2012. Over time, due to its remarkable diversity, the world of coffee drew me in more and more. In the meantime, I met Piotr and a few years later we opened the KawePale roaster together. In the company I am responsible for the organization and sale of our products. I'm always happy to find a moment to talk to you about our coffees. I'm also happy to share the experience I've gained traveling the world in search of the best coffee beans.

I am a barista at heart! I started my adventure with coffee as a student and till this day the world of coffee has been my passion. What started merely as a part time job during my university years, turned out to be my actual profession. Today I know that I will probably never get bored with this amazing product since I keep discover new things about it almost on everyday basis. I'm happy to talk to you about our coffees and help you make the best choice!
